Questions

What if my image is tiny or blurry?

Most logos restore well. If the preview is not right, describe what to change and we redo it, up to three times per upload at no charge.

Which designs work best?

Logos, icons, lettering and designs made of flat colors. Photos and soft gradients do not convert well to vectors, so check the free preview first.

Logo or Artwork: which should I pick?

Pick Logo for brand marks and icons. Pick Artwork for bigger designs such as T-shirt prints and posters. You get all 12 files either way, and Artwork adds a print-ready PDF.

How long are my files kept?

Single logos are kept for 30 days. Packs keep your files for a full year. Log in under My files with your email to download them again.

Is the embroidery file ready to stitch?

Treat it as a starter file. Each color becomes fill stitches with a stitched edge, sized to about 100 mm, with the thread order in color-codes.txt. It is made automatically, so have your digitizer check density and underlay before you stitch on real garments. The clean vector art in the ZIP is what most digitizers want to start from.

Does it work with Illustrator and CorelDRAW?

Yes. The ZIP has an .ai file that opens in Adobe Illustrator as editable vector shapes, plus EPS, PDF and SVG that CorelDRAW imports. We cannot make a native CorelDRAW (.cdr) file.

What if a file does not work on my machine?

Write to hello@logorestore.com with your machine or software name. We fix the file, or refund you if we cannot.

What are screen-print separations?

A PDF with one page per ink color in your artwork, each page solid black on white. Screen printers use these to make one screen per color.

Is my artwork kept private?

Your upload is used only to make your files. Unpaid uploads are deleted within 24 hours. Paid files are kept for 30 days, or a year with a pack. We may send you one reminder email if you leave a preview unpaid. See our privacy policy.
