This policy explains what information LogoRestore ("we", "us") collects through logorestore.com, how we use it and your choices.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your download link and reply to you.
- The logo files you upload, and the files we create from them.
- Payment confirmation details from Razorpay (such as order and payment ID and amount). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the Service secure and working properly.
How we use it
- To restore your logo and deliver your files.
- To send your download link, sign-in codes and order-related emails.
- To send you one reminder email if you leave a free preview unpaid. Reply to that email to opt out of any more.
- To provide support, handle refunds and prevent misuse or fraud.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the Service: payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, file storage and hosting, and image-processing services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Unpaid uploads are deleted within 24 hours. Files for paid orders are deleted 30 days after purchase, or 1 year after they are made for logos restored with a pack. If you request a free preview but do not buy, we keep your email address and the date for up to 180 days so we can follow up with you. Ask us to delete it at any time. We keep basic order records (such as email, amount and date) for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
Cookies
We use only the minimum browser storage needed for the site to work. If you sign in to My files, we set one secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to 30 days. You can sign out at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online service can be completely risk-free.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or ask any privacy question, by emailing hello@logorestore.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service is not meant for children under 18.
