These terms apply when you use logorestore.com (the "Service"), operated under the name LogoRestore ("we", "us"). By uploading a file or making a payment, you agree to them.

1. What we do

LogoRestore is an online service that rebuilds logos and artwork uploaded by customers into clean, high-resolution files (such as SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF, transparent PNG, cutting files and screen-print separations), which you can download after payment.

2. Your uploads

• You must own the logo or artwork you upload, or have permission to use and modify it. Before every upload you confirm this with a checkbox, and we keep a record that you did.
• You are responsible for making sure your upload does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• You must not upload unlawful, abusive or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it.
• You keep all rights to your logo or artwork. We use your file only to provide the Service to you.

Takedown requests

If you believe someone has uploaded your logo or artwork without permission, email hello@logorestore.com with the artwork, proof that you own it or hold the rights, and how to reach you. We will review it promptly and may delete the files, cancel the order and refuse further orders from that customer.

3. Results

The quality of the result depends on the file you upload. Very small, very blurry or highly detailed images may not restore perfectly. Depending on the artwork, your logo or artwork is either redrawn as clean vector artwork (closely matching the original, but not guaranteed to be pixel-identical, and lettering may use a similar typeface) or traced from the original. A free preview is shown before you pay, so you can check the result first.

Some files need extra care. The embroidery (DST) file is a starter stitch file made automatically, and we do not guarantee how it stitches on your machine or fabric; please have a digitizer check it before production. The Illustrator-ready (.ai) file is a PDF-compatible file that opens in Adobe Illustrator; it is not a native Adobe or CorelDRAW file. If it does not open in your version, use the EPS, PDF or SVG in the same ZIP.

4. Plans and prices

• One logo: $9.99 (₹79 for customers in India). One price, no memberships, no subscriptions. You get all 12 files together in one ZIP, with a text file of your color codes.
• Artwork: the same price and the same 12 files, plus a high-resolution print-ready PDF for large prints such as banners and T-shirts.
• Logo packs: 10 logos for $49 or 25 logos for $99 ($ prices; ₹599 and ₹1,299 for customers in India). Each logo in a pack gets all 12 files. Unused logos can be used for 1 year from the day you buy the pack, and then expire. Files made with a pack stay available for 1 year.

Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees depending on where you are. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

6. Delivery of files

After payment is confirmed, you can download your files straight away on the page, and we also email you the same download link. Your files stay available for 30 days from purchase (1 year for logos made with a pack), through the emailed link and through the My files page (you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email). Please download and keep your files safely within that time.

7. Refunds

8. Storage of your files

Uploads that are not paid for are deleted within 24 hours. Files for paid orders are kept for 30 days after purchase (1 year for pack logos) so you can download them, and are then deleted.

9. Our responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
